When you get to the bird park, you can take a closer look at all the birds. The birds are well cared for, and their cages have plenty of room. There are signs on their cages with information like the bird’s name, family, where it lives, how big it is, and what it likes to eat. You’ll find everything clean and well-kept. Since everything is relatively flat, wheelchairs and children’s strollers will have no problem navigating the grounds here.
These animals are interesting because they’re raptors and can be used for falconry. In falconry, raptors are used to hunt wildlife. A falconer should know what the rules and regulations are for the sport, as well as what the laws are for birds of prey. From April 1 to October 31, there’s a bird show every Saturday and Sunday at 3:00 pm. It’s worth watching the Birds of Prey Flight Show if you are at the bird park. They explain and show a lot about the life and instinct of individual animals.
